◎ 为什么做这个产品
这是一个内卷又焦虑的时代,AI每天都在爆炸性的发展,仿佛要取代我们所有人的工作。每家公司都在996,每个人都活在一不努力就可能被时代抛弃的巨大压力中。
曾经我们也是公司里的卷王,经常为了公司项目从早上八点一直卷到晚上十二点,跨时区会议多数还拖堂到凌晨。周末仿佛变成了一个遥远的概念,为了产品能按时上线,放弃周末去加班变成了基本操作。卷的太剧烈,压力过大,身体都默默承受了,后移的发际线是身体的求救信号。于是我们开始思考,有没有更及时的方式能让我们了解身体的压力水平。偶然机会了解到HRV这个概念,借助它可以很好地量化我们自身的压力。
◎ 设计理念
做StressWatch这个App的初衷是想帮助大家在这个焦虑的时代减少压力慢下来。StressWatch的科学依据是基于HRV(心率变异性)数值的静息心率的压力测量,但仅仅告诉用户冰冷数字容易营造出悲壮的「压力过载」氛围(我们不希望大家比惨),生活中也已经有太多的数字了,OKR、KPI、NPS。我们一直在思考,如何给理性的数据注入一些温度?应该用什么样的情感化表达,帮助大家更好的和产品连接以产生共情。
于是,就有了「压力泡泡」这个产品形象,「泡泡」就是我们克服压力缓解焦虑的伙伴,他会随着你的压力状态变化改变自己的颜色,但是无论压力如何都能泰然处之。
我们没法控制外在的环境,就像我们没法控制天气一样。但无论外面是晴天、雨天、甚至暴风雨,当不同压力状态的你每次打开app,都能看到一个神情自若、可爱轻松的泡泡。TA提醒你慢一些,在你最慌乱的时候给你的心一个柔软的拥抱。
