Binaural beats help with relaxation, meditation, falling asleep, and even concentration.
Binaural is the simplest and easiest-to-use binaural beat generator. Just pick a frequency and click play, and the app will do the rest.
Set a timer and let Binaural gently stop playing after the selected time.
Match the Binaural color and icon to your preference, environment, and mood.
Binaural can also generate rain sounds, mix them with the beats, create a soft sound atmosphere, block out ambient noise, or use it as a white noise machine.
If needed, the "Health" app will also record relevant sessions for you as part of "Mindfulness Minutes".
You can control Binaural using Siri, Shortcuts, Apple Watch, Control Center, the lock screen, and the buttons on compatible headphones. Headphones are highly recommended!
