Self-discipline makes me free. The greatest help this APP has given me is that it makes me have a stronger sense of goal. Taking a small step every day and persevering will lead to a big step. Now we can punch the clock together in a group, and it feels a lot more interesting. I've read a book about deliberate practice. Sometimes people just need to step out of their comfort zones and see how long they can persevere. I discovered this and recommend it to everyone.
