The "Serenity List" is a lightweight and elegant habit recording and activity tracking app.
Helping users develop or quit certain habits is the ultimate goal of the "Serenity List".
However, the design starting point of the "Serenity List" is merely to hope that users can consciously record themselves, focusing on recording rather than achieving goals.
The cultivation of habits is actually the improvement of self-control, and the first step in self-control is to realize the need for self-control. Once we realize the need for self-control, a test of willpower emerges: watch TV for another 60 minutes or go for a one-hour jog? And the "Serenity List" hopes to insert a question before this test: Is there any jogging data to record now? If there is, then face this test; if not, there is no need to be stressed.
We have countless ways to help us complete the willpower test and thus achieve our goals, but before that, we must be willing to face the test again and again, regardless of whether we complete it or not, without feeling resistant.
There are no life-changing good habits in the "Serenity List", just the little details of your life.
