Do you want to focus? You don't need to delete social networks, news or chat apps!
If you want to put down your phone and focus on important things in real life, you can turn on the donut machine and make donuts for the virtual dog Focus. Each donut requires a specific production time, and over time, you'll bake donuts. However, if you can't resist the temptation to use your phone and leave the app, your machine will stop. Remember, Focus needs to eat!
The sense of achievement of running your own little donut shop and the responsibility for the virtual dog named Focus will encourage you to stay away from your phone. Focus will help you make better use of your time. Don't be distracted by your phone anymore, motivate yourself and get more work done.
This is a particularly effective study and work timer app. Focus Dog is highly gamified, motivating and competitive. You can call it a life hack as it helps you develop healthy habits. Focus Dog is an excellent tool to combat phone addiction and increase your attention span, thus boosting work efficiency. Throw away traditional time-tracking and stopwatch apps.
