WHY PICTURES
A child who can't read yet still follows a row of pictures. Each step in a Veke routine is its own warm, hand-drawn-style picture of the action - wet hands, soap, scrub, rinse, dry - with a clear word label underneath, in any of the app's 12 languages. So the poster answers "what now?" instead of you.
