Al-Jalees Al-Saleh is a comprehensive Islamic app that brings together the Holy Quran, Tafsir, Hadith, and Seerah in one modern and unified experience. It is an expanded and enhanced continuation of the Hadith Encyclopedia and the Seerah Encyclopedia, among the earliest Islamic apps launched on the Apple App Store since 2009.

The Holy Quran
The app provides clear page-based Quran browsing similar to the printed Mushaf, with the ability to select verses and view Tafsir, translations, and detailed grammatical analysis. It includes eleven authenticated Tafsir books from the most well-known classical and contemporary scholars, along with full grammatical parsing for every word in the Quran.
Hadith Encyclopedia
The app contains a comprehensive Hadith library with more than fifty volumes and approximately eighty thousand Hadiths, including:
Sahih Al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Al-Tirmidhi, Sunan Al-Nasa’i, Sunan Abu Dawood, Sunan Ibn Majah, Muwatta Imam Malik, Musnad Imam Ahmad with full chains of narration, Sunan Al-Darimi, Riyad Al-Salihin, Al-Mustadrak by Al-Hakim, and Sunan Al-Daraqutni.
Users can browse Hadiths by books and chapters, perform advanced searches across one or multiple sources, highlight search terms, save bookmarks, copy and share Hadiths, and sync preferences securely via iCloud.
Seerah Encyclopedia
The Seerah section includes twenty volumes from the most renowned books of Prophetic biography, offering a comfortable reading experience on iPhone and iPad. The collection includes Zad Al-Ma’ad by Ibn Al-Qayyim, Al-Raheeq Al-Makhtum, Al-Shama’il Al-Muhammadiyah, Ibn Hisham’s Seerah, Al-Waqidi’s Maghazi, Ibn Kathir’s Seerah, and Uyun Al-Athar by Ibn Sayyid Al-Nas.
The app features a high-quality Arabic book reader with support for vocalized or unvocalized text, highlighting, copying, bookmarking, and full-text search. Additional books may be added in future updates at no extra cost.
