Review follow-ups before adding them to Calendar or Reminders, and share a finished meeting record through the system share sheet. Optional on-device transcription and Apple Intelligence suggestions depend on device, operating system and language support. Typed notes and manual summaries remain available without them. Meeting records are stored locally, and audio files are not saved.
