Apni AMC

ApniAMC is an APP which is designed for AMC industry. APP will be used by Technician who provides AMC service and customers who will receive service.

Customers can register themselves using APP and once their account is activated by admin, they can login the APP.

Technicians are added by admin. Technicians after login can view the services which are assigned to them.

APP will tack Technician location so that admin can accordingly assign services to them. Technician with the help of Google location can easily view the path of customer address and can reach their at their earliest. Technician can set the service status and get customer digital signature.

Customer will get the notification, when technician is assigned. They can rate the technician service and company. They can also place request for new service.

APP will also provide facility to customer and technician to reset their password. Customers can also place forgot password request.

ApniAMC, will help customers in getting updates about their service request.
