CareOld 是面向個人與家人的健康管理 App，核心在於長期紀錄與追蹤生理數據與用藥，協助慢性病與日常健康自我管理（非醫療診斷）。

為什麼需要 HealthKit：在您於 iOS 裝置上明確授權後，CareOld 可透過 Apple「健康」（HealthKit）讀寫與本 App 功能直接相關的資料（例如血壓、血糖、體重等，實際項目以授權畫面為準），讓「健康」App 與 CareOld 內的手動紀錄能互相銜接；此整合屬本產品核心資料流程之一，並非與健康／健身無關的附加功能。

• 血壓、血糖、體重等紀錄與趨勢圖表，方便長期追蹤
• 用藥與健康提醒，降低漏服與遺漏紀錄
• 檢驗報告整理與檢視（僅供衛教參考，不替代醫師診斷）
• 家人關懷與授權範圍內之分享（實際以 App 內設定為準）
• 可搭配 Apple「健康」（HealthKit），在授權範圍內同步相關健康資料

CareOld is a health management app focused on logging and tracking vitals and medications for individuals and families (not a medical diagnosis).

Core use of HealthKit: With your explicit permission on iOS, CareOld uses Apple Health (HealthKit) to read and write data types that directly support these features (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose, weight—exact types are shown in the system permission sheet). This integrates data between the Health app and records you create in CareOld and is part of the app’s primary health workflow—not an unrelated add-on.

• Family care features within the access you allow
• Optional sync with Apple Health (HealthKit) where authorized
