PAYMENT TRACKING:
Track monthly fees with clear status — pending, due today, overdue, paid. Mark a fee paid in seconds. When you change a session's fee, every active client's fee and unpaid invoice updates automatically.

WHATSAPP REMINDERS AND INVOICES:
Send fee reminders via WhatsApp in one tap. After payment, send a clean WhatsApp invoice receipt with session name, amount paid, and billing month — written confirmation for your clients.
Both messages are fully customisable from Settings with placeholders for client name, studio, amount, due date, session, and billing month.
WhatsApp open rates far exceed email or SMS, so your clients actually see the message.

TRAINER MANAGEMENT:
Manage trainers from the People tab. Track assigned sessions, mark absence or inactive days, and monitor monthly payouts.
Trainer payout tracking is first-class. Mark payouts paid or unpaid with one tap, edit payouts on the fly, and view a full payout history without a spreadsheet.
A built-in absence calendar gives you a month-at-a-glance view of every trainer's presence.

SESSION SCHEDULING:
Create individual sessions, group classes, fitness programs and coaching batches. Set days, timing, duration, location, fee, capacity, and assign trainer. Capacity badges and slot counters help you avoid overbooking.

HOME DASHBOARD:
A daily overview of your studio: pending fees, upcoming sessions and reminders — everything for daily operations.

Strail stores data locally by default. If you sign in with Apple, Strail can save a private backup to your iCloud account using CloudKit. Imported contact data is included in private iCloud backup only after explicit in-app consent. No third-party backend is used for studio records.
