Moon AI — Your Personal Sleep Assistant Ask questions about your sleep and get personalized advice based on your data. The assistant sees your trends, sleep quality, and helps improve your rest. Now with Analysis Modes to tailor insights to your specific needs.
Morning Thoughts & AI Analysis Don't let your best ideas or vivid dreams fade away. Record them instantly with your voice after the alarm. Save them to the built-in journal or ask Moon AI to interpret your dreams and analyze your morning mindset.
Wake-Up Tasks Complete a mission to dismiss the alarm — no more accidental snooze taps while half-asleep:
Phone rotation: prove you got out of bed
Math challenge: solve a problem to activate your brain
Light detection: turn on a light or move to a bright room
Affirmations: read motivating phrases aloud to start your day positively The alarm won't stop until you complete the task.
