We care deeply about your privacy and we back it up with action (not just words): HuHu Eats Messages is a very rare completely offline app that doesn't even request network permissions (until you first actively report spam messages to us). We rely on the large user community to actively report spam messages to us to build a machine learning sample library.

# Collective Wisdom

HuHu Eats Messages is learned from hundreds of thousands of text message samples of various types using machine learning algorithms based on statistics. Without the need for users to configure any keywords, it can accurately determine whether a received text message is a normal message, a public welfare message, an advertising or harassing message, etc. by identifying the semantic features of a text message.

If HuHu makes a misjudgment, you can feed new text message samples in the app to help HuHu evolve. The more you feed, the smarter HuHu becomes.

# Why did I create "HuHu Eats Messages"?

I was once deeply troubled by spam messages until the iOS 11 text message filtering interface was released. As an engineer in the data field, I exported tens of thousands of text messages I had received over the years and trained a spam message recognition model using machine learning, which became the prototype of this app. In subsequent development, many enthusiastic users fed hundreds of thousands of text message samples, teaching HuHu to recognize more and broader scenarios.

**Privacy Policy: What information does HuHu collect?**

"HuHu Eats Messages" does not collect any of your information, nor will it upload your text message content. If you are observant enough, you will notice that HuHu doesn't even request network permissions and runs completely offline.

If you voluntarily submit text message samples to HuHu, then it will collect the anonymized text of the message and a number indicating whether you marked it as spam. These are the only two pieces of data collected.
