Deficiency of certain substances in the body does not always manifest itself as some kind of disease, most often it can look like just increased fatigue, a tendency to colds, unsatisfactory condition of the skin and hair, but in the end it often leads to the development of chronic diseases, this is especially true for the people who for some reason limit themselves in nutrition, since the likelihood of developing a deficiency of essential components in this case increases significantly and It is necessary to pay special attention to the correct selection of the daily diet. A properly selected diet allows you to better control weight, there is an assumption that the body, in an attempt to find the substances, it needs, stimulates the food centers and this can be manifested, for example, by increased appetite and, as a result, constant overeating and weight gain
Thus, the main idea of this application is to get away from tedious boring constant calorie counting and focus primarily on using products in the combinations selected here, providing yourself with a complete and balanced diet, not eating the so-called "empty calories" (meaning foods with high energy, but with low nutritional value). At the first launch, the system will offer you a randomly generated full combination of products, calculated according to your data entered during registration. By default, the application will offer first of all full-fledged combinations of products with a minimum energy component, you can adjust the choice by replacing some of the products or their weight, as well as changing the data on the total calorie intake or the total weight of the products included in it.
