What makes Redline Cardio better than the alternatives?
You-specific which means that your Redline is calculated through a 10-minute treadmill heart rate assessment to understand exactly what your heart is doing while you exercise. This ensures that you are in the proper training zone for each minute of your workout. The Redline Cardio App accomplishes this through using HealthKit. The app pulls your real-time heart rate data from your Apple Watch throughout the cardio assessment and for the duration of each workout session. By doing so, our unique algorithm generates cardio training zones based upon how your heart responds to exercise.
You’ll experience rapid results by using the custom algorithm which makes it so that your training is so precise that you’ll experience 3x the benefit in 1/3 the time. This means that with Redline Cardio you workout for 20 minutes but get the benefit of a 60-90 minute workout.
