Apple Health Integration
Flux integrates with Apple Health to read your weight, calorie intake, protein intake, step count, and sleep data. Weight entries logged in Flux are automatically saved back to Apple Health. You can view and manage all health data categories, access levels, and permissions directly in the app. Your health data stays on your device and is never uploaded to external servers.
