This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app from the HealthKit.

The app is designed specifically for Valley Medical Weight Loss patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Valley Medical Weight Loss patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Valley Medical Weight Loss uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
