Protect-Me:

On top of regular lone working shifts, if a user is called out to a last-minute job or enters a risky situation, Protect-Me can be activated immediately. This feeds live location data to the centralised user dashboard and notifies the right people if something goes wrong.
Protect-Me’s core function is the Check-In and Escalation process. Lone workers are notified to Check-In at a predefined time to confirm their safety.



The Escalation Pathway

Accelerate your emergency processes with automated escalation pathways. If a check-in is missed, the escalation process is activated. This alerts selected team members/managers to contact the worker and resolve any issues. The escalation team claims responsibility for the worker to ensure their safety. If the primary escalation contact requires additional help, they can add people to the escalation team.
