PlacePod is a stylish file manager and sharing app with a beautiful digital clock lock screen. Organize your files, hand them to friends and colleagues, and connect to your NAS or file server — all in one app.

■ A beautiful clock lock screen
- Launch the app and you're greeted by a beautiful clock — leave it on your desk and it's a piece of decor
- Swipe to switch between many faces: classic, minimal, Roman numerals, neon, and photo-real styles (a luxury watch, sun & moon, sushi, oden)
- Three date/time styles: digits, retro LED, and split-flap
- Can also speak the time aloud

■ File management
- Photo Library: browse and organize the photos and videos in your camera roll
- My Files: in-app storage with folders, rename, list/grid views
- Copy and move files freely between areas

■ Cloud Files (encrypted sharing)
- Files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, stored on the server, and shared only with the people you choose
- Great for handing over large files that won't fit in email
- Per-member delete permissions; storage is time-limited and expires automatically

■ Messages
- Chat with friends and exchange photos, videos, and files
- Notifications show only the sender's name — never the message content

■ Network Connections
- Works with Samba (Windows/Mac), NFS, and SFTP
- Stream videos from your NAS or file server without downloading

■ Security
- Choose from four lock methods: No lock / PIN / Biometrics (face, fingerprint) / Location
- Location lock is unique: the app unlocks only at places you trust
- Intrusion alert: failed unlock attempts are captured silently with the front and back cameras
- Anonymous by design — no account, no email address, no phone number

■ Easy device transfer
- Move your friends, Cloud Files, and display name to a new device with a QR code or a backup key image
