SMART SWAP AND SMART MODIFY
Available any time during a workout. Smart Swap replaces a single exercise when equipment is busy or something doesn't feel right. Smart Modify restructures your entire workout - make it shorter, add volume, dial back intensity, shift focus to a different muscle group. Just type what you need.
