QuickSchedule takes a few minutes to set up (literally), then you can make out a schedule and share with it with every employee in a matter of seconds! If you want to make a change in the schedule, literally 3 taps and your schedule can be changed and in your employees' hands! I originally created this app to assist my wife in making employee schedules, since she was in the position of having to make weekly schedules for a small business and the schedules changed from week to week, sometimes minute to minute. Add, delete, or edit shift name, start and stop times. Add your employees (or co-workers), then simply tap the shift, tap the employee and that's it! You have the employee assigned to the shift. If you want to change who is assigned to a particular shift, you can swipe to un-assign them or just tap the shift and tap a different employee. You can't make a mistake. As you make changes to the schedule, each employee's total hours updates so that you know how many hours each employee is scheduled. No calculator required. When you're done, hit the "Q" in the bottom right and the schedule, both text and PDF rendered versions, is sent to each employee.
