Mayday for Corendon

Mayday for Corendon is a medical clinic providing services to holiday resort areas in Turkey. We run a successfully clinic that operates 24/7 with multi-lingual staff. According to many years of experience in the field, we note that when a patient develops emergency symptoms they may not be aware of their exact location. As a tourist in a foreign country they are not aware of their surroundings and can become very confused in potentially dangerous situations, and may not be able to find a local around to help. Addresses can also be confusing, and hotels are constantly changing hands and therefore names. Finding a patient following an emergency call can be difficult.

Also, when making a call to the emergency services number, a patient can be dropped at any hospital or facility for treatment, who may not accept the patient’s insurance – causing large bills for the patient or family.

Our app aims to combat these problems by offering a location based service. When an alert is received, an ambulance will be dispatched to the location given, and patients will be treated without delay or language barrier. We have a network of hospitals and clinics involved in the project, and a 24/7 response team monitoring the alerts at all times.
