Most meditation apps offer large libraries of pre-recorded sessions. Zentrd creates a meditation designed around your specific experience. During setup, the app asks thoughtful questions about what you are going through: for example what triggers the feeling, how intense it is, how often it happens, and what situations are most challenging. This background information helps create a meditation that speaks directly to your situation. Your session can also be adjusted through your preferred session length, voice and background sound, creating an experience that feels personal, relevant and supportive.

Zentrd offers a free version with limited access. Creating unlimited meditations requires a subscription. If you choose a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
