■ Five Core Functions of 24/7 Self-Service Parcel Locker

① Check Express Delivery and Make Payments without Verification Code
You can view all the express deliveries sent to yourself at once within the application. Simply touch to check the express delivery without looking for the verification code. Additionally, if there is a usage fee, you can easily make the payment within the application.

② Check Express Delivery with Safe Number
Did you place an order using a safe number on a shopping website? If so, the verification code may not be sent to the person who placed the order. In the application, as long as you know the safe number, you can easily check your express delivery even without the verification code.
※ For the safe number, please consult the place of purchase (such as the shopping website) or the courier company.

③ Find the Misent Verification Code
If the courier accidentally enters one digit of the phone number wrong or misplaces the digits before or after, you can find it within the application.

④ Reopen
You can reopen the same function within 60 seconds after checking the express delivery.

⑤ KakaoTalk Consultation
If you still can't find it using the above methods, you can simply request the verification code through KakaoTalk Consultation. However, there may be some waiting time.

■ Usage Method
1. Select the area (location) when running for the first time. *You can change it again at any time in the settings menu.
2. You can view all the express deliveries sent to yourself in the delivery list on the home screen.
3. Touch the express delivery you want to check.
4. The locker at the corresponding location will open, and you can find the express delivery. (But if there is a usage fee, payment takes priority)

■ Notes
1. If it's a safe number, use the "Check with Safe Number" function below the screen.
※ In the case of a similar/safe number, the check function must be used only near the locker.
2. Touch [Find Verification Code via KakaoTalk] to request the verification code in the KakaoTalk friend chat room.
