ERB Assistant Job Search

"One-stop for a Joyful Life" and "One-stop for Confinement Nannies" are one-stop home service referral platforms coordinated by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB). Students who have completed relevant ERB courses can register as assistants for "One-stop for a Joyful Life" and "One-stop for Confinement Nannies" through "ERB Assistant Job Search", search for and apply for suitable jobs. Once selected by the employer, the system will immediately send a notice to the assistant, and the two parties can contact directly to discuss work arrangements.



User Registration Eligibility

Must have completed any of the following ERB courses:

- Basic Certificate in Domestic Helper

- Basic Certificate in Caregiver

- Basic Certificate in Patient Escort

- Basic Certificate in Elderly Caregiver

- Basic Certificate in Home Caregiver for Discharged Patients

- Certificate in Healthcare Worker

- Basic Certificate in Healthcare Support Staff (Clinical Patient Services)

- Basic Certificate in Health Massage

- Basic Certificate in Pet Grooming and Store Assistant

- Basic Certificate in Pet Grooming Assistant - Youth Development Program

- Basic Certificate in Pet Caregiver

- Basic Certificate in Confinement Nanny

- Basic Certificate in Infant Caregiver

- Basic Certificate in After-school Tutoring Instructor



Functions of the "ERB Assistant Job Search" Mobile Application

- Register new users

- Fill in resume (A completed resume must be submitted before applying for a job for the employer to consider the job application)

- Search for and view all registered vacancies in "One-stop for a Joyful Life" and "One-stop for Confinement Nannies"

- Apply for vacancies (Each assistant can apply for a maximum of 3 vacancies per day)

- Receive messages (If selected by the employer, the system will immediately send a notice to the assistant, and the two parties can contact directly to discuss work arrangements)

- Forward files (including Labour Insurance Bank receipts, masseur application documents, etc.) to the ERB, "Joyful Life Center" and "One-stop for Confinement Nannies"

- Sign up for further education activities
