WaterChamp: Hydration Tracker

WaterChamp tracks what you drink and shows your hydration as it changes through
the day. It rises when you drink and drains over the hours after, faster while
you are active and slower while you are asleep. The level does not reset at
midnight.

It works the same way for caffeine. Log a coffee and it lands on a curve tuned
to your own caffeine half-life, so you can see how much is still in you at
bedtime, and how late you can have the last one.

WHAT YOU CAN LOG
More than 60 drinks, from water and tea through coffee, soda and smoothies. Each
carries its own hydration value, caffeine and calories, so a latte does not
count the same as a glass of water.

REMINDERS
Your hydration reminder is scheduled for the moment you are predicted to run
low, worked out from what you have drunk, your workouts and your sleep. For
caffeine, a separate reminder tells you when you are reaching the last cup that
still clears before bed.

WIDGETS
Small, medium and lock screen widgets show your level without opening the app.
The medium widget lists your most-logged drinks, and tapping one opens it
pre-filled.

APPLE HEALTH
Your water and caffeine are written to the Health app. Your workouts, active
energy and sleep are read back in, so a hard session or a short night changes
your goal for the day. Every sample carries a sync identifier, so nothing is
duplicated.

HISTORY
A month grid where each day is a drop filled to how much of that day's goal you
hit. Scroll back through the months. Nothing is cleared at the end of the month.

WATERCHAMP PRO
An optional subscription unlocks the projected caffeine curve, your complete
history, logging drinks in the past or future, custom drinks with exact
nutrition values, and all 29 stickers. Without a subscription, history covers
the last 7 days.
