应用市场介绍

“Decibel X” is one of the very few sound level meter applications on the market with high reliability and pre-calibrated measurements. It can turn your iOS device into a professional sound level meter to accurately measure the sound pressure level (SPL) around you. This tool is very useful and beautifully designed. It's not just a multi-purpose tool but also brings a lot of fun! Have you ever wondered how quiet a room is or how noisy a concert or sports event is? "Decibel X" can answer these questions for you immediately.

What makes this application different:

- Tested and calibrated for most Apple devices. The accuracy is comparable to top applications and real SPL devices.

- "Health" App integration: Export noise levels directly to the "Health" App.

- Frequency weighting filters: ITU-R 468, A, B, C, Z.

- Beautiful, intuitive, and carefully crafted user interface design.

- FFT and BAR graphs to display real-time FFT. These features are very useful for frequency analysis and music testing. It can also display the real-time dominant frequency.

- InstaDecibel can capture your dB report on photos and easily share it via popular social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Messages, etc.).

- Supports Apple Watch.

- Supports portrait or landscape layouts.

Other great features:

- Time weighting (response time): Slow (500 milliseconds) and fast (200 milliseconds).

- Fine-tuning calibration from -50 dB to 50 dB.

- Standard measurement range is from 20 dBA to 130 dBA.

- Can use histograms to plot the history of recorded data.

- Real-time scale level graph.

- Displays the current value, average/Leq, and maximum value in both aesthetically clear digital and analog layouts.

- Quick reference text to help you compare various real-life examples.

- Record and export data (up to 24 hours), send it via email for further analysis.

- "Keep device awake" option for long recordings.

- Reset and clear all data at any time.

- Tap the maximum value at any time to reset it.

- Can tap the "Pause/Resume" tool at any time.

Note:

- Don't expect a reading of 0 dBA in a quiet room. The standard available range is 30 - 130 dBA. An average quiet room is about 30 dBA.

- Although all devices are pre-calibrated, for users who need higher precision and accuracy, custom calibration is recommended. You need a real external device or a calibrated sound level meter as a reference, and then adjust the fine-tuning calibration until the reading matches the reference value.
