The Call: Body Budget helps you decide what your body can realistically handle today.
Some days you feel ready to push. Some days your sleep, recovery, stress, or schedule says you should be more careful. The Call brings those signals together and gives you one clear recommendation: push, pace yourself, cap the effort, or protect recovery.
Instead of giving you another score to interpret, The Call helps answer the question that actually matters:
What should I do today?
Your Body Budget shows how much room you may have for extra effort. The Call turns that budget into a practical daily plan, with a clear explanation of why that recommendation won.
Use The Call when you are deciding whether to train, take it easier, adjust your workload, protect sleep, or move through the day with more awareness.
The app can use supported data sources such as Apple Health and optional Oura context when connected. You can also review the evidence behind each call, including which sources were used, how fresh the data is, and where the picture may still be incomplete.
If health or recovery data is limited, The Call says so clearly instead of pretending to know more than it does.
The Call is designed for everyday energy, recovery, and training decision support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
