KEY FEATURES

• Today at a glance. The dashboard shows your KPIs at a tap: available rooms today, check-ins, check-outs, and a 7-day availability strip per room category. Yellow flags low inventory, red flags sold-out days.
• Bookings, fast. See every booking with status, dates, guest details, payment status, and price. Search by guest name or booking code. Pull down to refresh the moment a new booking lands. Confirm or cancel pay-at-hotel bookings inline — guests are notified automatically by email.
• Inventory control. Pick a date, see availability per category, edit counts and price overrides on the fly. Or bulk-fill a date range when you're setting up a wedding season or a long-weekend block.
• Room categories. Create and edit categories with name, description, photos, base occupancy, max occupancy, room area, and base price. Upload photos straight from your phone gallery or camera.
• Meal plans. Configure EP / CP / MAP / AP supplements per category. Guests see the per-night and total-stay price in real time.
• Special rates. Schedule percent or flat-rate adjustments for date ranges or day-of-week patterns. Layer them with priority so weekend surge stacks correctly with festival discount.
• Cancellation policies. Create custom refund tiers — "cancel 7 days out → 100%, 24h out → 50%, same-day → 0%" — or clone a Dataman template as a starting point.
• Property profile. Edit address, amenities, and check-in/out times. Add a property cover photo. See your location on the embedded Google map.
• Reviews. Read what guests are saying with average rating and per-review detail.
• Multi-property switcher. If you own more than one hotel, switch between them with one tap. The dashboard, bookings, inventory and rates all swap to the selected property.

SECURE BY DESIGN

Aatithya-myTrip Business signs you in with the same credentials as your web dashboard at otainternal.dataman.in. Session cookies use HttpOnly + Secure flags. Role-gated — only PROPERTY_OWNER and ADMIN accounts can access the app; guests are redirected to the traveller app instead. Payment data is never stored on the device; Razorpay handles all card and UPI transactions on its own infrastructure.
