The Single Habit Rule
GROUNDWORK only allows you to track one habit at a time. Not ten, not five, just one. Only when you complete the first habit for 21 consecutive days will the second one be unlocked.

This may sound restrictive. In fact, it isn't. If your brain is prone to ADHD, anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout, this is the only truly effective method. Most habit apps make you fail precisely because they allow you to add too many. GROUNDWORK doesn't.

GROUNDWORK only sends reminders during the periods when you're truly free and tries to choose the moments when you're really calm. If you've never been a morning person, it will never disturb you at 7 am.
