[App Introduction]
This app is one that allows users to record and save their evaluations of coffee. According to various sensory criteria, it is possible to record the taste, aroma, and texture of coffee and view statistical data.
It was developed to facilitate the management of the evaluation content being used by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) in electronic document form.
[Main Functions]
- Generate evaluations for coffee evaluation (aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, overall impression)
- Record Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) evaluations by coffee item (descriptive evaluation, dynamic evaluation, combined evaluation, external evaluation)
- Multiple sample item comparison function
- Visualization of evaluation scores and automatic statistics
- Save and retrieve evaluation history
- Manage detailed items such as roasting level, defects, and flavor based on the Coffee Value Assessment Protocol developed by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA)
[Usage Method]
1. Enter the coffee sample to be evaluated
2. Enter the scores for the evaluation items
3. After the evaluation, the results can be saved or shared
