Compare your own HRV and resting heart rate to read stress, rather than applying someone else's "normal range". You can view it on your watch. Newly installed, enjoy a 24-hour full-function experience.
Understand the stress of your body, rather than waiting until your body breaks down first.
Stress is the stress monitoring assistant on your Apple Watch. It reads HRV (heart rate variability), resting heart rate, sleep, and activities, and compares them to your own body baseline to give you an understandable answer every day: How are you today? Should you keep going full steam ahead or take a break?
◎ Judge stress according to your own baseline
- Stress index from 0 to 100, four levels in plain language: full of energy · normal state · somewhat tired · in a bad state
- Don't use a one-size-fits-all "normal range". Stress will learn your own HRV and resting heart rate levels and distinguish the rhythms between day and night, so the conclusion is relative to "your normal"
- When your baseline is still young, it will truthfully tell you: For those less than 7 days, it's for reference only. After 28 days, the judgment is really stable
- There is a human-readable conclusion under each number, so you don't have to stare at the chart and guess by yourself
◎ When stress rises, you can relieve it right away
- Four breathing rhythms: Relaxing 4-4, Deep 4-7-8, Box 4-4-4-4, Snore Relief 5-6, available for 1/3/5 minutes
- It will recommend a suitable rhythm according to your current stress
- After practicing, simply record your mood once, and the training duration will be written into the mindfulness record of the "Health" App
◎ See how well you sleep in one page
- Sleep score, sleep stage timeline, with naps separated
- Sign curves such as HRV, resting heart rate, and wrist temperature during sleep
- Compare with your usual bedtime to see from which day your daily routine got disrupted
◎ For mood, water intake, sunlight, you don't need to install other apps anymore
- Mood check-in is based on the mood record of the "Health" App: happiness level, tags, reason attribution; it will also tell you what your mood is usually like on those days when stress is relatively high
- Record water intake with one click and write it into the "Health" App, with daily goals and weekly trends
- Steps, activity calories, exercise routes, heart rate zones, and sunlight time are all in the same place
◎ Trends are like a weekly report, not just a bunch of graphs
- Three levels: weekly/monthly/yearly, and the stress patterns are summarized in plain language
- HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, heart rate, activities, water intake, sunlight, and breathing duration are linked and compared
- See which days you are in the best state and when stress quietly creeps up
◎ Can be used independently on Apple Watch
- Dial widgets: stress, HRV, heart rate, steps, water intake, activity calories
- Flip directly to stress and various trends on the watch. You can know by raising your wrist and record water intake on your wrist
- When HRV is updated and stress is relatively high, the watch will remind you in time
◎ Can be used without opening the app
- Siri/Shortcuts: Check stress, record water intake, start breathing, record mood
- Control Center: Start breathing with one click, record water intake with one click
- Home screen and lock screen widgets: stress, HRV, heart rate, steps, water intake, activity calories, breathing
- iPad split-screen adaptation; supports 11 interface languages
◎ Our idea
There are already too many numbers in life: KPIs, OKRs, medical check-up forms. One more "stress 78" won't make people feel relaxed.
So Stress doesn't just give numbers. There is a conclusion under each indicator, and each of the four states has its own expression. When you see "somewhat tired", you know what you can do next: go to bed one hour earlier tonight, do three deep breaths before a meeting, and replace the high-intensity training on the weekend with a walk.
We don't scare you or urge you to be self-disciplined. We just translate the signals that your body has been sending into words you can understand.
