【Function Introduction】How does「Goal Map」help you achieve your goals?
1). Create goals/goal plans
a. Example: Success in the postgraduate entrance examination in November/Lose 5 pounds in 3 months/Reading plan for 2021
2). Create tasks/task plans. Organize the things that need to be done to achieve the goal into tasks. Rich task types meet various scenarios:

我会在每天晚上睡觉前,安排好明天要做的事情才能睡觉,每天都坚持这样。不然的话,到了第二天,早上特别忙碌赶时间,整个人又昏昏睡睡的,是很难做计划的~

我用的方式比较原始,但对我很有效,就是每天都把目标写在小纸条上,然后放在衣服口袋里,没有完成之前,绝对不拿出来~

最近了解到四象限工作法,把任务按照重要性和紧急程度来划分,很适合任务很多的情况,通过这个方法,每天都可以做到最重要的事情,对达成目标十分有帮助
