Users can group their rental units and filter the rentals list based on those groups.

A+ LANDLORD does not attempt to replace your existing business and financial management tools for accounting, tax filing, invoicing, payment collection, etc...rather, this app works in conjunction with all of your existing tools.

A+ LANDLORD will provide immediate answers to the following questions:

- Do I have any two-bedroom rental units available right now? How about three-bedrooms? What about next month?

What this app does NOT do because a multitude of solutions already exist for these matters:
- Texting or messaging between Tenant and Landlord because most Landlords prefer simple SMS.
- Accept monetary rent payments from Tenant because there are plenty of existing ways to transfer money.
- Track invoices, tax information, cash flow reporting since existing financial is already implemented.
- Track service requests since local maintenance crews track their work load.
