ProtoPep is built for people who draw their own dose. It handles compounded vial reconstitution, weekly titration ladders, peptide blends as first-class objects, and multi-peptide stack scheduling, with iCloud sync, missed-dose alerts, a print-ready PDF summary for your provider, and CSV export of every record.

GLP-1 users on semaglutide, tirzepatide, or compounded vials. Track your weekly shot, your titration step, and your weight trend together in one screen.
Peptide users running BPC, TB-500, CJC, Ipamorelin, GHK-Cu, or custom blends. Schedule cycles, log injection sites, and always know which vial is fresh.

WHAT SETS PROTOPEP APART

Reconstitution math in both directions. Forward (vial mg plus BAC water to mL and units) and reverse (target dose plus draw volume to BAC water needed). A visible insulin syringe shows the fill level, and you can save calculations to a vial so you never re-enter them.

iCloud syncs with no account and no login. Lose your phone and restore everything across iPhone and iPad. Your data stays in your private iCloud, never on third-party servers.

Blends as first-class objects. A vial holding BPC plus TB-500, or CJC plus Ipamorelin, is a single entry with its component breakdown stored for accurate math.

Titration ladders built in. Semaglutide 0.25 to 2.4 mg, tirzepatide 2.5 to 15 mg, or fully custom, with graduation countdowns and one-tap step holds.

Missed-dose alerts that work. A second reminder arrives 30 minutes after the scheduled time if you have not logged, deep-linking straight to log as taken.

Inventory measured in doses, not mg. See how many doses remain and when a vial expires. Logging a dose deducts it automatically.

One-tap provider summary. Turn your protocols, adherence, and weight trend into a clean, print-ready PDF. Choose a date range, then share or print it for your provider.

CSV export for every record, ready for your own spreadsheet or files.

Start with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Choose Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime when you subscribe. See in-app pricing for current rates. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

ProtoPep offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the same price as the previous period. Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID settings after purchase.

PRIVACY

ProtoPep stores your data on your device and, optionally, in your private iCloud. We never see your data. There is no third-party tracking and no fingerprinting analytics. Apple Health integration is opt-in.
