Korubin Tools

Korubin Tools which is a tool that can calculate basic, advanced, cable and pipe efficiency analyses, is designed for Korubin users. It consists of 4 modules that are basic efficiency, advanced efficiency, cable efficiency and pipe efficiency.

Features:

- With Basic Efficiency, simple efficiency analysis can be done by using hm, flow, power, motor efficiency and power efficiency parameters.

- Advanced Efficiency is a module by which data such as pump head, drive and cable losses, friction calibre, the surface roughness of the pipe, pipe length and pipe inner diameter can be used in addition to parameters used in basic efficiency module. System net power, hydraulic efficiency, system efficiency , water velocity, friction, Reynolds number, flow type, darcy factor, relative roughness and kinematic viscosity can be calculated by using these data.

- With cable Efficiency, efficiency analysis of a voltage of 230 or 380 volts can be done according to active power, cable length, daily working hours, maximum voltage drop, the maximum pay off time and energy costs, different sizes of copper and aliminium cables.

- With pipe efficiency module, pressure loss in the pipe, water velocity, flow type, resistance coefficient, reynolds number, kinematic viscosity can be calculated by taking data about flow, water temperature, pipe type, pipe length and pipe inner diameter
