**SUPPORTED DEVICES**
Zone Gains works with a wide range of Bluetooth Fitness Trackers, devices that supports the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate Service will work.

** IMPORTANT - APPLE WATCHES NOT SUPPORTED**
Apple Watches are not currently supported. Coming Soon.

**HOW TO CONNECT**
Getting started is simple:
1. Turn on your Bluetooth Fitness Tracker
2. Open Zone Gains and tap "Find Devices"
3. Select your device from the list – that's it!

**TROUBLE CONNECTING**
Some devices can only connect to one app, disconnect from other apps and try again.

**REAL-TIME HEART RATE ZONES**
Instantly see which training zone you're in. Zone Gains uses scientifically-proven heart rate zone methodology to help you train at the right intensity – whether that's burning fat in Zone 2, building aerobic endurance in Zone 3, or pushing your anaerobic limits in Zone 4-5.

**LIVE WORKOUT TRACKING**
A beautiful, glanceable display shows your current heart rate, zone, and key stats updating in real-time. The color-coded zone graph lets you visualise your entire workout intensity at a glance.

**PERSONALISED TO YOU**
Your zones are calculated using your personal metrics – age, weight, resting heart rate, and max heart rate. Choose between the Karvonen formula (heart rate reserve) or percentage of max HR method for zone calculation.

**ZONE WORKOUT MODE**
Guarantee you spend exactly the prescribed time IN your target zone:
• Timer only counts when you're in the target zone
• Perfect for Zone 2 aerobic base building and threshold training
• Preset workouts for Zones 2-5 with warmup/cooldown phases
• Track zone entries, longest streak, and compliance percentage

**BUILT-IN INTERVAL TRAINING**
Take your fitness to the next level with structured interval workouts:
• Preset programs: Tabata, HIIT, Tempo runs, Endurance builders
• Custom workout builder: Create your own intervals with target zones
• Audio and haptic cues guide you through each phase
• Track compliance to see if you hit your target zones

Every workout is saved with detailed analytics – heart rate graphs, zone time breakdowns, calories burned, and performance trends. See your progress over weeks and months.

Your weekly training summary shows workouts completed, total training time, calories burned, zone distribution, and workout streaks. Stay motivated with clear progress tracking.

**APPLE HEALTH SYNC**
Export workouts to Apple Health and import your resting heart rate for more accurate zone calculations.
