RAYSID

RAYSID is the companion app for the RAYSID CsI(Tl) gamma spectrometer.

Connect to your RAYSID over Bluetooth and see gamma events in real time:

• Live count rate (CPS) and dose rate (µSv/h)
• Accumulated dose and yearly projection
• 33-bin coarse histogram for quick scanning
• 1800-channel high-resolution spectrum with log or linear axis
• Automatic isotope identification against a built-in library of 43 reference spectra (natural, medical, and industrial isotopes)
• Device threshold alarms with phone notifications, sound, and haptic
• Phone-side Geiger clicks through the speaker, AirPods, or car audio
• Export the high-resolution spectrum as a standards-compliant N42 file readable by InterSpec and other gamma-spectrum tools

You'll need a RAYSID device to use this app. RAYSID stores nothing in the cloud; all data stays on your phone.
