We spend more of our lives indoors than any generation before us. Working, resting, eating, moving, and cycling through the same rooms with the quiet assumption that these spaces are neutral containers.
Fatigue settles in the corner meant for rest. Restlessness in rooms designed for calm. Tension accumulates without obvious cause. We look inward for explanations when the answer may, in fact, be spatial.



Spatial Wellness is the first tool that reveals your biological footprint across the spaces you inhabit.



Step 1 — Add your space


Your bedroom. Your office. The kitchen where mornings begin. Wherever you actively dwell, the app uses your iPhone's LiDAR sensor or camera to understand each room. When your location is active, it automatically recognizes and archives your spatial footprint. 



Step 2 — Connect your wearable / Check in your feelings


Spatial Wellness allows you to connect with Apple Health. Your Sleep, RHR, HRV, Respiratory Rate, Wrist Temperature and others will be converted into Biological Footprint Score (BFS) and a dashboard with Stress, Recovery, Atmosphere, and Stability. Besides the invisible layer, a simple, playful emotional check-in that lets you choose a word to reflect your state at the moment. No journaling. Just a moment of awareness, tied to where you are.

Step 3 — Explore your gallery


Every space you've scanned or captured lives in the "Gallery"; A personal library of the rooms that actively shape your days with metadata indicators. Interact with your room in 3D or 2D view. Browse the full spatial report and see what you hadn't noticed before.

Step 4 — View your insights


Using cognitive psychology and behavioural neuroscience, the app begins to surface patterns invisible to the naked eye. Which spaces uplift you? Which ones deplete you? Where small, deliberate actions in your environment might yield disproportionate returns for your well-being.



Step 5 — Chat with AI


Have a conversation with Shift to understand your daily patterns, core metrics and take actions to improve your mood. Shift knows your spaces, your patterns, and your emotional history — It responds with guidance that's specific to you.
