Some recipes hide inside short videos. Recipe Grab pulls them out — ingredients with quantities, steps in order, ready to actually cook from. Share a video, paste a link, or photograph a card — and the recipe shows up on your phone.

• Cook with both hands free. Step-by-step cooking mode keeps the screen awake and runs timers in Live Activities. Greasy hands, no problem.

• Shop the list, not the recipes. Recipe Grab merges duplicates, converts units, and sorts everything the way a supermarket is actually laid out.

• Plan your week. Drag recipes into days. Edit, drag, or wipe a day clean.

• Your own cookbooks. Group recipes by occasion, cuisine, or however you cook.

• Macros, cook time, calories — figured out. Recipe Grab fills in the fields the source forgot.
