A Parent's Corner with adult meditations, NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), breathing exercises for parent and child, relaxing puzzles (Sudoku and Word Bloom), and articles on children's sleep.
DESIGNED FOR SLEEP
The interface is dark by design — no album art, no animations, no blue light exposure at bedtime. We engineered the screen to avoid disrupting melatonin production, not because dark mode is trendy.
Everything downloads for offline use. No Wi-Fi needed at bedtime, no buffering, no interruptions. The app works online too — but at bedtime you'll never depend on a connection.

DESIGNED BY A FAMILY
River Sleep started as a homeschool project between a dad and his daughter. They built the app together. She picks the stories. He reads them to her.
Together, they built an app that treats bedtime as the most important 30 minutes of a child's day.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS
River Sleep offers a free tier with limited access to meditations, stories, and music. Premium subscriptions are available monthly and annually through Apple. Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions in your Account Settings.
