RUU is a habit-building timer app that puts your daily routines on autopilot. It breaks what you have to do into small steps, and the timer and reminders show you only the one thing to do right now. Instead of leaning on willpower, you lean on the system — and keep moving forward.

● Break routines into steps
Just split the things you do every day into small steps and line them up.
● Run them one at a time, on a timer
Set a duration for each step. With the time remaining in view, you can focus on this one thing only.
● Hear the next step out loud
While a routine is running, RUU reads the next step aloud. Hands full? Can't look at the screen? You'll still catch "okay, this one's next" with your ears.
● Run it from your wrist with Apple Watch
Keep moving through your routine without pulling out your (oh-so-distracting) iPhone.
