Mile 32 is a training companion for ultra runners — built around the reality that getting to a finish line takes months of smart preparation, not just miles on your feet.

RACE READINESS
A single, honest readiness score built from three independent pillars: aerobic capacity, race-specific preparation (your longest efforts measured against the distance), and freshness (your taper, HRV and resting heart rate). It tells you whether you're ready for THIS race — not just generally fit — and a recent race result counts as proof.

TRAINING LOAD & FITNESS
Visualise your CTL (fitness), ATL (fatigue) and TSB (form) using the proven TRIMP method, now personalised to your own heart-rate zones. Know when you're building, when you're peaking, and when to back off. The chart adapts to your training block so you see exactly where you are relative to race day.

RECOVERY STATUS
