FieldBook is built for commercial crop farms that run on phones in the field— not spreadsheets back at the office. Plan your spray season field by field, see what is due today, mark jobs done with your team, track chemical stock, log water use, and export PDF records when you need a paper trail.

Built for the whole farm team

One farm account (email and password) holds your cloud backup. Workers pick their name and enter a short PIN on phone or tablet. The manager controls who can view or edit fields, stock, calendar, and settings—so operators see what they need without opening the whole farm.

Spray season, under control

• Add crop fields with area (hectares) and build a spray program: day from planting, spray or fertilizer, tank mix with rates per hectare
• Set planting date and every pass appears on the calendar and To Do list
• See overdue, today, and upcoming work—filter by field when you are juggling several blocks
• Mark sprays done with date, worker, and notes; record what was actually applied if the mix differed from plan
• Save reusable spray templates and apply them to other fields; update linked fields when the program changes mid-season
• Copy a program from another field or pull in individual passes for product-heavy mixes
• View tank mix breakdowns: rate per ha and total for the field before you spray
• Archive season history and export field season PDFs from Reports

Calendar and To Do

Month view with spray and fertilizer days at a glance. Open a day to see what is planned. Past seasons show on the calendar so you can compare this year with last.

Stock shed

Track herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, fertilizer, adjuvants, and other items. Log deliveries and take-outs, run stock takes, search by product or active ingredient, and get low-stock visibility. Units include litres, kg, tonnes, bags, pieces, m³, or your own custom unit.

Water and flow meters

Set up flow meters, link them to fields, log dial readings (with optional photos), and review usage by season. Handy for irrigation blocks and pivot areas where you want usage on record.

Toolbox

Spray calibrator, tank coverage, and spreader calibration helpers for quick maths in the field. Always double-check rates and settings before use—these tools assist your judgement; they do not replace manufacturer labels or agronomist advice.

Works offline. Syncs when you are back online.

FieldBook is offline-first: you can keep working without signal. When the owner is signed in, farm data backs up to the cloud and syncs across devices so a lost phone or a second handset on the farm does not mean a lost season.

Download or share PDFs for field seasons, stock activity, stock takes, and water usage—useful for your own records, auditors, or partners.

Sign up with email and password. You can delete your farm account from Settings. Privacy policy and terms are available in the app and on our website.
