PetVax Passport helps pet owners keep vaccination and vet details organized on their iPhone, then share a clean proof card when a groomer, boarding provider, trainer, hotel, or travel counter asks for records.

Create profiles for multiple pets, record vaccines with given dates and expiry dates, save care notes such as deworming or flea and tick prevention, and keep vet contact details close at hand. The proof card summarizes the selected pet, vaccine status, next expiry, microchip number, owner details, and vet contact in one tidy view.

PetVax Passport is local-first. There is no account, no subscription, no tracking, no analytics SDK, and no backend. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to share an export.
