喜欢模块化的界面,可爱的机器人助理引导式问答,记录情绪。
可以通过以下方法进行自我缓解: 1、自我放松:如深呼吸,可以帮助人体吸入新鲜空气,促进二氧化碳等废物代谢,缓解疲惫状态,使精神得到放松。还可以通过泡热水澡的方式进行放松,使血管扩张,增加血流速度,舒缓紧绷的大脑神经,放松心情,可改善心理状态; 2、适当倾诉:可将感到压抑难过的事情与信任的家人、朋友进行倾诉,共同寻找解决方法,缓解压抑情绪; 3、转移注意力:可以将注意力转移到其他事情上,积极尝试新的兴趣爱好,如读书、运动、听音乐等,可缓解压抑难过情绪; 4、自我肯定:自卑心理可能会让人出现消极、悲观情绪,使人出现错误的认知,感到心中压抑、难过,可以对自己加以肯定,增强信心,积极面对; 5、调整生活习惯:保持良好的生活习惯,减少熬夜,保证充足睡眠,可进行适当的体育运动,释放压力,使心情舒畅,缓解过大精神压力带来的压抑情绪; 6、合理宣泄不良情绪:通过写日记、唱歌、跳舞等,发泄难受压抑的情绪。 如果以上方法不能缓解,仍感觉心里压抑,有可能是精神心理疾病的表现,需要去心理专科就诊,进行专业的心理治疗。

看到Alisa分享才下载的,首次下载ui很吸引我,其次是情绪波动的小表情,我个人想用它写日记,之后翻看能清楚知道当时是抱着什么样的心情写的。在主页,时间、情绪、当下活动、是否有文字、图片都一目了然,不同的情绪有不同的颜色(也有小表情显示,很喜欢这个)写完日记还可以选择以图片形式保存或者pdf格式分享,细节很到位。唯一觉得不足是只能上传一张图片,且无法裁剪封面,在日记页面图片会显得比较突兀,不过在编辑里有一个更改焦点的选项,应该是自定义裁剪封面的,因没有开通高级版,所以无法体验具体功能。还蛮喜欢的,如果是买断制的我应该会下手!
很新奇的情绪管理app,引导式问答,便于抓住重点,方便记录管理,应该比较利于习惯养成以及心态情绪分析。
用冥想app做一个放松,但更重要的是要激励自己,告诉自己要坚持下去,这一点困难不是什么,回想过去的挫折,告诉自己现在相比以前不算什么
平时会用watch上的“呼吸”应用来进行呼吸练习,控制呼吸节奏感受当下的情绪,顺便还可以更新HRV指数来了解自己的压力状态。也有在手机上记日记的习惯,把自己的一些情绪感受记录下来,也算是一种情绪的输出表达吧。如果可以用App量化统计自己每日的情绪分布,可以更好地关注情绪变化。
