Calisthenics Corner is a bodyweight training app designed to keep things essential. No cluttered dashboard, no useless content : just a program truly tailored to your profile and your session for the day. Not several: just one, for each training day.

A program made for you: When you sign up, the app assesses your level through concrete tests (pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats, plank, wall sit), and takes into account your training frequency, your session length (15 to 50 min), your available equipment and any physical limitations. Your program is generated accordingly : Strength, Endurance or Balanced.

Clear, structured sessions: Every session starts with a 5-minute warm-up (which you can skip), followed by your personalized circuit over several rounds. Each exercise is illustrated, timed when needed, and offers easier or harder variations mid-session if you want to change level.

80+ bodyweight exercises: Push, Pull, Legs, Core : the library covers every muscle group with progressions adapted to each level and filtered to your joint limitations. We're adding more over time, so if an exercise is missing, reach out to us in the app!

Simple tracking: After each session, you rate how hard it felt. The app adjusts your program automatically. You track your sessions, your personal records book and your session history from the dashboard.

Calisthenics is a minimalist sport. Your fitness app is too.
