Zario uses two main behavioral psychology techniques: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), both of which have been proven to help reduce problematic smartphone use.

Zario creates a personalized journey that uses psychology to help users change their habits in a fun and engaging way. Set a frequency limit for opening distracting apps and then choose a challenge to replace it! Our challenges are validated by an internal Maastricht University screen time reduction research project. With Zario, it never feels like "work"!

Subscription Terms:
When you confirm your first trial, payment will be made using the credit card associated with your iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you turn off the feature in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of your current trial period. You can access your account settings, select Subscriptions, and turn off the auto-renew feature. If you complete over 20 challenges and there's no improvement in your screen time, we'll refund you.
