• Start a Drift Session: select intention and length, then move through Arrive → Breathe → Release phases with live soundscape playback.
• Build Soundscapes: layer rain, wind, ocean, pads, and birdsong; save blends and set a default for your next drift.
• Practice in Breath Garden: follow expanding rings with 4-7-8, box breathing, or custom inhale/hold/exhale timings and optional haptics.
• Reflect in Mind Journal: tag moods, write short notes, link entries to completed drifts, and review weekly minutes and mood patterns.
• Tune preferences: default session length, evening reminder notifications, haptics, and on-device insight stats—no account required.
Everything runs offline-first on your device. Drift history, saved soundscapes, journal entries, and preferences stay in local storage. Optional network access may fetch supplementary ambient catalog metadata; core sessions, mixing, breathing, and journaling work without sign-in or a subscription.
