UNLOCK METHODS
Calm Breathing
Unlock durations:
2 min • 5 min • 7 min • 10 min
Slow Breathing
Unlock durations:
5 min • 8 min • 12 min • 15 min
Exercise Unlock
Unlock durations:
10 min • 15 min • 20 min • 30 min

Exercises:
• Push-ups
• Squats
Exercise counting runs locally on-device.
No videos are stored.


ADAPTIVE UNLOCK SYSTEM
Unlock access changes according to usage frequency.
0–2 unlocks:
Full duration list available
3–5 unlocks:
Long sessions become unavailable
6–8 unlocks:
Only shorter sessions remain
9+ unlocks:
Minimum access only
More unlocks → shorter access.


SMART USAGE TIMER
Unlock time decreases only while restricted apps are actively used.
Example:
10 min unlocked
Instagram used for 3 min
Remaining access:
7 min
Time does not decrease while apps stay closed.
Only actual usage counts.


CONTROLLED REMOVAL
Only one restricted app can be removed per day.
This prevents removing all restrictions instantly while keeping flexibility when needed.
